Meet The Band

  • Mike Standefer

    - Vocals/Rythm Guitar -

    A native of Plainview, TX, Mikes West Texas roots run deep-- back to the 1850’s when his Great grandfather set up shop on a little ranch next to Charles Goodnight. He loves the idea of a simpler time, and tries to incorporate that into his music.  Mike was previously with The WildKats.

  • Motomi Hopkins

    - Keys/Vocals -

    Born in Osaka, Japan,  Mo Hopkins got to Texas as quick as she could. A passionate and Award winning musician, she is also a gifted arranger. Mo is always in action, giving the band its’ signature sound and upbeat grove. You will love listening to her, and watching her as well.

  • Tony Wasson

    - Lead Guitar -

    A native of Arkansas, Tony started picking before he was knee-high to a Razorback. First with his father’s band, then with buddies in college.  His tone is pure and on point, his style classic and timeless.

  • Danny Mason

    - Bass/Vocals -

    Born in Lubbock and raised in the big city, (Dallas) Danny is a true Texas musician. He has toured the country as the banjo player for the River Mountain Valley Boys, was frontman for The WildKats, is half of the duo Danny and Mike and currently sits in on drums with the VanJam Band.

  • James Beeson

    - Drums/Vocals -

    Born in Springfield, Missouri, James has played with Bad Habit, The Leftovers and Late Arrival.  His years of experience are vital to the bands solid groove. His energy, dynamic stage presence, and versatility across multiple genres are palpable to crowds everywhere.
